GridReady terms of use

These are the terms for using GridReady during public testing. GridReady is run by Jan Rosetzky, ahead of incorporation, and not by a registered company. Questions go to hello@gridready.eu.

Terms version 1.0, last updated 26 July 2026.

What GridReady is

GridReady screens a Dutch battery storage site against public government data and returns a readiness score and, where a dossier is published, the evidence behind it. It is decision support, not a permit and not a promise: it does not decide anything on your behalf.

No warranty

The service is provided as it stands, without a warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Public data changes, and a screening reflects what the public record showed on the day it ran. We correct known errors when we find them, but we do not promise the result is free of them.

Not advice

Nothing on GridReady is legal, financial, or investment advice, and no result is a permit or a guarantee that one will be granted. Use it as a first read, then take the usual steps: due diligence, a conversation with the grid operator, and advice from a qualified professional before you commit money or time on the strength of it.

Acceptable use

You may use GridReady for your own evaluation, personal or within your organisation. Please do not scrape it in bulk, try to bypass a rate limit, or use it in a way that could disrupt the service for other people. We may limit or block use that does this.

Where the data comes from

The public sources behind a score, listed on how it works, remain the property of their publishers under their own licences. Where a licence requires attribution, such as CC-BY, we credit the source in the dossier; where a source is published as CC0, no attribution is legally required and we still name it for transparency.

Liability

GridReady is a free service under public testing. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for a loss arising from your use of it, or from a decision made on the strength of a screening. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to the service and these terms

GridReady is a testing project and may change, pause, or stop without notice. If we change these terms we will update the version and date at the top of this page.

Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms.
